ABOUT
Now in it’s 11th year, the show features Devon's only indoor VIP show & shine, over 110 acres of outdoor car club and show car displays, including performance cars, modified cars and motorcycles, live demonstrations, children’s entertainment, food village, and trade stands.
Without doubt the highlight of the event are the hours of live action. A variety of motorsport and performance demonstrations are featured, including, Drifting, BMX Flatland, Motorcycle Stunts, Freestyle motocross and BMX Ramp making it a fun day for all the family (all demonstrations are subject to change).
With an all day live action arena and family entertainment area, this event has something for every member of the family. We also have a ‘chill zone’ for those who wish to bring the smaller members of the family and take a break from all the action and entertainment. This zone will feature a food village, entertainment for the children including kids go karts, bouncy castles, face painting plus much more.

GATE TIMES
Gates open to visitors at 10:00am, last admission 3pm, the event then concludes at 5pm. Opening times for show vehicles will be sent out with tickets and passes
COST
Public entry is £24.50 per person for tickets booked in advance, £28.50 on the day.
FREE PUBLIC PARKING – DOGS ALLOWED - KIDS 13 AND UNDER GO FREE - UNDER 18's MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PERSON OVER 18 YEARS OLD

FAQ’S
Q - Is there public parking on site?
A - Yes, public and visitors parking is open from 9.30am (Gates for the event will open 10am). All cars parked are at the owners risk. BHP Events cannot and will not be held liable for damage. Visitor parking is free.
Q - Can we leave during the day and come back in?
A - Yes you can come and go as long as you have a wristband or stamp.
Q - How will my tickets be sent?
A - Public and passenger tickets will be sent out by email in E-Ticket form. All car driver and car club driver tickets will be sent by post.
Q - Can I pay by card for entry on the day?
A - It is cash or card.
Q - My child is 13 and under, does he need a ticket?
A - No, they just come in with a over 18 paying adult.
Q - Is there a cash machine on site?
A - Unfortunately not but all traders and catering can take card or cash.
Q - Can cars be unloaded off trailers and left on site?
A - Yes, on the day you will be shown where they can be parked and left secure.
Q - Can we flyer or promote at the event?
A - If you have spoken to us at BHP and we have sent you express written permission or you have booked a trade stand yes. If you have not done either of these then no and you will be fined £2,500.
Q - I can no longer attend. Is my wristband/E-Ticket transferable?
A - All bookings are non-refundable. Wristbands will be sent out 20 days prior to the event. E-Tickets are sent once ticket payment is made. If you wish to transfer your wristband/ticket to somebody else, the responsibility to ensure that is done lies with you and the person it is being transferred to. Please make sure you arrive wearing your wristband, and it is easily visible. If you have a E-Ticket, please ensure the QR code is downloaded and ready for us to scan. This will reduce any queues and speed up the entry process.
